These terms govern use of aojipoer.com. The website provides general information and a channel for business enquiries. The legal seller for any transaction will be identified in the formal quotation, pro forma invoice or contract.

No automatic offer

Website content and an RFQ submission do not create a binding offer, acceptance or production commitment. A project proceeds only after the relevant specifications, commercial terms and approvals are confirmed in writing by authorized representatives.

Specifications and visuals

Product descriptions and visuals show the product categories available for review. Dimensions, materials, finishes, performance, tolerances, pricing and delivery depend on the approved project documents.

Your files

You confirm that you are authorized to submit drawings, images and other materials for quotation review. You retain ownership of your files. You grant the limited permission needed to review them, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about the project.

Intellectual property

The AOJIPOER name, mark, website design and original website content may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without written permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Website availability

We may update or withdraw website content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability or reliance on general website content instead of an approved written specification.

Commercial terms

Payment, tooling, samples, lead time, inspection, packaging, shipping, warranty, governing law and dispute terms are established in the documents for each transaction. If those documents conflict with this website, the signed or accepted commercial documents control.
