This notice explains how AOJIPOER handles information submitted through aojipoer.com. AOJIPOER is the business-facing brand. The legal entity responsible for a quotation or order will be identified in the relevant commercial documents.
Information we collect
When you send a request for quotation, we may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, product category, quantity, timing, project requirements and any drawing or reference file you choose to upload. Basic security and request data may also be processed to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- Review and respond to your enquiry.
- Assess manufacturing, pricing, sampling, packaging and delivery requirements.
- Maintain a record of project revisions and commercial communication.
- Protect the website and enquiry system from misuse.
Project drawings
Uploaded files are stored in private object storage and are not published on the website. Access is limited to authorized personnel involved in reviewing the enquiry. Do not submit files that you are not authorized to share.
Retention
Enquiry records and uploaded files are scheduled for review or deletion after 365 days unless they are needed for an active quotation, order, legal obligation or agreed continuing business relationship. You may request earlier deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers for website hosting, security, storage and email delivery. Information may be processed in locations outside your country. We limit use to the purposes described in this notice and apply reasonable access controls.
