This website is operated by 佛山市澳际珀尔金属制品有限公司, using AOJIPOER as its international business brand and “Foshan Aojipoer Metal Products Co., Ltd.” as an English rendering for international business communications.

Information we collect

When you send a request for quotation, we may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, product category, quantity, timing, project requirements and any drawing or reference file you choose to upload. Basic security and request data may also be processed to prevent abuse.

Website analytics

We use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand website performance and enquiry conversion. Analytics records an anonymous session identifier, page path, first landing page, referring website domain, UTM campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, language, product interest and enquiry events. It does not store your name, email, phone number, requirement text, full referring URL or IP address in the analytics event database.

Marketing measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure website visits, contact clicks and successful quote requests. Before you choose, Google's tag may send limited signals without advertising or analytics cookies. These providers may receive browser and device information. Google Ads receives a conversion reference after a successful quote request. We do not send your name, email, drawings or request text to these providers. You can decline or change this choice at any time.

How we use it

• Review and respond to your enquiry.
• Assess manufacturing, pricing, sampling, packaging and delivery requirements.
• Maintain a record of project revisions and commercial communication.
• Measure website and enquiry performance.
• Protect the website and enquiry system from misuse.

Project drawings

The RFQ form accepts PDF, JPG and PNG drawings or reference images up to 20 MB, which are stored in private project storage for quotation review. CAD files or references over 20 MB may be shared during follow-up communication. Do not send files that you are not authorized to share.

Retention

Enquiry records are scheduled for review or deletion after 365 days unless they are needed for an active quotation, order, legal obligation or agreed continuing business relationship. You may request earlier deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Service providers and transfers

We may use service providers for website hosting, security, business email and customer relationship management. Information may be processed in locations outside your country. We limit use to the purposes described in this notice and apply reasonable access controls.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information connected to your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future contact. These rights may vary by location.
